The purpose of this study was to determine the effect good university governance on performance. This research method uses quantitative with an associative approach. samples used in were 199 respondents who campuses Syarif Hidayatullah State Islamic University Jakarta and Ahmad Dahlan Institute Technology Business Jakarta. sampling is purposive sampling. data collection primary by distributing questionnaires stakeholders. results show that Good Govenance has performance Higher Education.
